Sugar Hill visitors can’t miss, choosing from three principal area historic inns.

The Sugar Hill Inn (pictured at right, above) provides a romantic, adults-only country getaway featuring individual cabins and fine dining. The Sunset Hill House (center) delivers comfortable hotel accommodations with expansive mountain vistas. In the adjacent valley, The Franconia Inn (pictured at top and above left) offers a family-friendly resort experience complete with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and horse stables.

Dining options in the area are distinctly tied to these venues. The restaurant at the
Sugar Hill Inn serves upscale, multi-course dinners focusing on regional ingredients. Boo’s Burger Bar at the Sunset Hill House provides a more casual environment for pub fare accompanied by sunset views, while the Franconia Inn Restaurant features classic American dishes in a relaxed dining room. Just down the road, regionally famous Polly’s Pancake Parlor serves homemade, stone-ground pancakes alongside regional New Hampshire maple syrup inside a historic, renovated barn.
